Extron Electronics hooked me up with a Training/Meeting Session for a few days in Anaheim at the beginning of this month. I proceeded to have one hell of a weekend. I took a lot of pictures which is a good thing I guess. I am posting almost 60. Hopefully I don't successfully bore you after 6.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
^ Surfboard legend shaper Lance Carson's dad was an aeronautical engineer.
^ Got into the OC then straight to LA. Lamest description ever.
^ Went to the bar with Ali. There was this French thing going on. Wish I had a better pic of the stage.
^ The crowd - more than a few in white jeans.
^ Dope ass mural on the way out.
^ The Sheraton, swanky.
^ Only work related pic and it kind of sums up exactly what I do...um, yeah that.
^ Beeshlpop came through the next night. Beers in the Slurpee cups and then off to
^ Disneyland.
^ Some little girl yelled, "look Mommy, he can't get down!"
^ Bud shrine. Notice the Cheladas.
^ Beesh and I were at this Bus stop bullshitting for like two hours.
^ He shorts stocks, ridiculous.
^ Got kicked out of Dennys.
^ Went next door to IHOP. True story.
^ Nuns outside of the Brewery Art Walk (pic included for a reason).
^ A Cuban artist whose name I don't remember.
^ The Brewery is a large collection of art studios, loft apartments, and otherwise. They open them up a few times a year. Decent art. Better interiors.
^ and Jesus.
^ Beesh getting arted.
^ The nuns were right behind when we walked in on this one.
^ Sure they loved this.
^ and this.
^ Ali.
^ Hot LA music vid director yeah!
^ Best show of the day. Minibinoculars with family portraits inside. Looked way 3-D. Don't know the technical name for it, doing a terrible job describing it, but is was amazing.
^ Ryan met up.
^ The only thing not blue in this picture is the LA sky.
^ Ryan's friends Justin and Macy work for WESC.
^ WESC's patio.
^ Then off to the Pirate bar.
^ I initiated this I was so hungover. Translation: I was really hungover.
^ Then bowling. Going for the whole LA experience.
^ The locals are into it.
^ I didn't finish second or third.
^ Awesome little two shot sequence of Justin and Macy.
^ Myspace.
^ What you don't see here is the very large Mexican senorita bartender who didn't speak English, have eyebrows, or like the crew. It was so great.
^ Probably too great.
^ Never too late for some philosophy by Beeshl.
^ Princess Bride at 4am...on a Vizio.
^ We're almost done.
^ Finished up in sorry ass Newport.
^ The sidewalks there lead to nowhere.
...continue.
